PSTV has a NO TOLERANCE policy for customers who behave badly, are impolite, rude or just painful.

When we enter your home, your home becomes our workplace, and as with any workplace, agressive behaviour, even between individuals that are not associated with us WILL not be tolerated, and we will simply leave. 

1. Payment is due upon completion of the requested services. Failure to make payment on completion of work may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

2. All equipment supplied by Port Stephens TV Antennas remains the property of the company until paid for in full, and must be returned upon request or may be removed without notice.

3. Any damage caused to the equipment or property of Port Stephens TV Antennas due to negligence or misuse by the customer may result in repair or replacement charges.

4. Port Stephens TV Antennas will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace any faulty equipment within a reasonable timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred.

5. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration, with each party responsible for their own legal fees.

6. The customer is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required for the installation or use of our services.
